I am trying to create a customer dependent validation, and getting an error(entry does not exist in Table TE625) in the last step where we link the validation created to the validation group under SAP Utilities --> device Management.

In order to create custom validations, you do not maintain TE625. Instead you enter them in TE620.

Do you want to say you have an entry and the message is wrong?

No , I do not have an Entry in that table, I could not find any customizing that would create an entry in TE625
