HI all,

Can anyone tell me from wich table trx EL31 gets the data to fit the fields expected MR, upper limit of MR, lower limit of MR, Expected consuption, etc?

That is a calculated value, not stored in any table. You can probably try function module ISU_DETERMINE_TOLERANCE_LIMITS.
