EL31 and EABL table do not show same meter reading status.

For one of the case I see that the meter reading status in EL31 is not same as meter reading status in EABL table. There is no billing doc created still the status of meter reading status in EL31 is 7 due to which now billing can not be performed. And reversal is also not possible as system is giving error that no open meter reading order exist in system. But we can see a open meter reading order.

I was wondering how the meter reading status is set in EL31 and what data are responsible for that?

Check FM ISU_DETERM_MRSTAT_BILLPERIOD.  EL31 determines the read status dynamically.
