EITERDK table is updated with incorrect print document number

Hi SAP Gurus,

A temporary entry is created in the table EITERDK during the mass print activity via EA58 run. this entry gets deleted after the document is printed.

Also, all the child invoice documents for this collective print document are reversed.

But in our case the entry is retained and doesnot gets deleted.

Due to the entry in the table EITERDK this print document gets selected inthe EA58 run again. and gives error "all the child invoices are already reversed"

Could you please how we can solve the above issue?

Hi Anshuman,

You printed the parent and must be possible that childs are not picked during first run

when you executed EA58 again, the parent is not picked but the childs are picked.

best way to proceed is to reverse all the parent and collective invoice.

Delete the reversed child from getting picked in event R439

DELETE xy_printdoc_headers WHERE intopbel IS NOT INITIAL.
