For transaction EC70, is there a field on a database table that dictates what meter is eligible (enabled) for move out when dealing with multiple meters within a premise/installation (virtual net meters) or how the system determines what meter is eligible for move-out.
There is no table/field where that is stored. For that matter - a device is not relevant to a moveout, only installations, and by default all installations for a premise are expected to be moved in and moved out.
