EASIM error 016 with BPP creation

Can anyone help me pinpoint why a BPP can't be created. I'm pretty sure it's data related because it's not a widespread problem.

It's a new contract that has received it's first invoice, when using EK92 to create the BPP it errors out with a simulation error.

Error occured during Billing Simulation Service.

(EASIM) 016 Simulation of contract 300582973 for bill. order

The contract can be simulated with EA00, so I don't understand why its not working for the BPP.

I searched on the error number and couldn't find anything with the xsearch tool.

We resolved it by adding the factory calendar for 2013.

Can anyone explain why that data has to be in place when simulation is only taking place through Dec 2012?

Just a guess,

Calendar of 2013 may be required so that number of installments can be increased in future which have dates in 2013.
