Hi

When we download Rates file using EA_DOWNLOAD, in which format do we need to save the file? I tried .txt (with or without tabs) but i am getting error while doing upload using EA_UPLOAD. Please advise.

Try to save in .csv or .xls format.

Incorrect format. upload has to be cancelled.
