E-mail displays in table ADR6 but not on BP

Hello,


In SAP_ECC 6.0 We have found some BP's that are not displaying their e-mail address but the e-mails are displaying on table ADR6.  Any idea why is this happening?

Hi,

In ADR6, for the BP's in question, check to see if indicator "Do not use" (Field FLG_NOUSE) is checked on.

Hi Valentina,

You can backtrack this way -

1. Check the address numbers of the BP which show email addresses in ADR6.

2. Pass the address numbers in table BUT021_FS and BUT020 and check whether they are active or not. If they are not active they will not be shown in the general data tab.

3. Also you can check different address types. It might not be visible under the general data tab. But, it may so happen, the address number for which the email address is maintained is not the BPs default address. So it is worth checking the address tab of BP display screen and look for the address details that has email address attached to it.
