Dunnung by dunning procedure and Dunning by collection strategy.

I am new to FI-CA, and wanted to know exact diffrence between, Dunnung by dunning procedure and Dunning by collection strategy.

BRF or BRF+?  They provide the rules engine that you configure behind Collection Strategy.

BRF+ is the recommended version.
