Dunning notices not printed in PRD

Hi All,

In my PRD system,for dunning correspondences, print date is not displayed and the dunning notices are not printed.Could anyone please give me some inputs on what might be wrong.

in QAS,it is working fine.

Hi Thanu,

There can be multiple reasons for which print date is not getting displayed.

First check, the dunning proposal and the dunning activity run that are performed are ok and the print date field in the FKKMAKO table for the dunning run is getting populated for each of the items picked in the run.

If the print date field is blank in FKKMAKO, then the dunning activity has not happend correctly, and needs to be looked into.

If the above things are ok, then after the correspondence run, check the application log thru transaction code SLG1 to see if any exeception is getting generated or not.

Finally, if there is no result from any one of the above, you need to debug the PWB code for dunning correspondence to find out where it is getting stuck.
