Thanu:

Similar to your previous issue - there are many possibilities that are predicated on your dunning configuration. Is there a message in the log? I would also again check the events you have customized, as those are usually the best place to start.

bill.

Hi,

Thanks for the responses.

The logs are not showing any errors or warnings.

Days in arrears is 4 and dunning frequency is 0 and charge schdule is 10.Amount limit is $25 and I am trying dunning for $150.

I am dunning an amount on 05/04/2011 which is due on 06/03/2010 (mm/dd/yyyy).

And the events you suggesting to check is 360?

Regards,

Thanu.

HI Thanu,

Please check the following in your SAP system-

(a) Have you configured the main\sub transaction correctly for the dunning charges for the company code?

You can check the following SPRO path-

IMG->Financial Accounting->Contract Accounts Receivable and payable-> Business Transactions->Dunning->Configure Charge Schedules for Dunning Procedure

(b) Is there any posting lock at the account level?

(c) Apart from event 360, you can check event 300 and 303 as well.

I am assuming that you are able to execute the dunning run successfully, only the charge is not getting posted.

So, the next time while running the dunning run, you can use the problem class as "Additional Information".

And after the run you can check the applcation log for any errors.

Hope it helps...

Thanks,

Amlan

Hi,

Thanks for the inputs.

All the a,b,c points looks fine.Event 300 is not active.

Giving problem class as additional information is not giving any errors or warnings.Dunning is being executed successfully.

Another thing I observed is for 1 particular account the LPC is getting triggered at DL1.

For all the other accounts, for a due amout I ran dunning from 1-7 (DL1 did not gnerate LPC) and then I added a new amout and dunned again.DL1 happned and it generated LPC for the old due amount.

Please let me know your thoughts on why the accounts with same dunning procedure work this way.

Regards,

Thanu Thomas.

If the item already reached DL1 then adding new document to it only triggers the DL1 again otherwise no dunning carried out.

Have you ran any incomplete dunning proposals in the past for these items ?
