Dunning letter - shipping control

Hi experts,

If I execute the dunning run to generate a dunning letter, and the correspondence control indicates that the delivery method is E-Mail will the PDF generated will get attached to an E-Mail?

Is this E-Mail then sent with the settings of SCOT transaction?

What E-Mail address will it pick by standard SAP?

Hi Mario,

The email address that is maintained in the Business partner master data will be picked up for sending the Correspondence.

If the email address is not maintained or is not valid, then the email would not be send out to the customer and will error out and you can view that in transaction SOST.
