Hi,

Iam maintaining two Dunning Procedure as follows 01 - Domestic Customers 02 - Domestic -VIP Customers for Dunning Domestic Category. when i do dunning for domestic VIP Customers , iam able to see in my dunning history that Dunning procedure 01 is getting picked up instead of 02.

i have checked my customization and the customer master data. can anybody help me out why it is happening as mentioned above.

Hi Sriram,

I take it that you've checked the Dunning Procedure on the Contract Account, have you also checked dunning procedure on the Contract?
