Dunning and submission to external collection agents

SAP IS-U standard functionality when releasing open items for dunning or external collection agents currently do not meet our business requirements, how flexible is IS-U in adding additional selection criteria prior to the contract account been submitted or dunning.

Wayne:

Both dunning and collection agency submission have several user-exits available for filtering the results based upon criteria. If you are on 472 or above, use txn FQEVENTS to find all of the user-exits which are all available and how you can use them.
