dump error while creating a MDT wtih Category CRMNEWCONTRACT

Hi,

We were not able to create a new MDT with category CRMNEWCONTRACT .

System is giving a dump

like "SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC " when we try to save the

template .From our inital analysis we found that there were few blank

nodes that are appearing by default and when we are trying to save

the template ,these blank entries are considered by the system as duplicate entries with the same key while making an INSERT into table EPDPRODH ,thereby throwing the aforesaid dump.. the reason for blank nodes in category CRMNEWCONTRACT is unknown.

Hi Ananya,

You can activate following nodes to

Connection Object

- Premise for CRM

- POD

- Utility Installation

- Installation history

- POD

- Create Contract

- MoveIN

- Create BBp

- BP Contact

Activating these nodes will suffice the creation of Contract.

I recall having a simalar error which turned out to be the result of duplicate records in the product identifying parameters table. I hade some old MDTs that were not being used with a locked status and the CRM products were assigned to both a new and old MDT

Please check these table once. Check any dublicate entries are there in these tables.

EPDPROD

EPDPRODH

EPDPRODHT

EPDPRODA

EPDPRODIDSEL.

When u are saving MDT this method will trigger : IF_ISU_PROD_NODE_TOP_CUST~SAVE keep break point here and try once.
