Hi Experts,

At my current project we want to display the current periodic consumption instate of the periodic consumption of the device register.

Does any on have an idea how to doe that?

At this moment we see the periodic consumption of the device register when we want to create a ne budget billing plan.

Due to this we can't give custmers good information about there budget billing plan when the call us.

For example.

A customer has used 1000 M3 over one year. On the device register is set that the periodic consumption is 285.

When we create a budget billing plan we see the periodic consumption 285 but we want to see 1000.

kind regars,

R.L. Groener

Hi R.L.,

within the extrapolation the periodic consumption would NOT be taken into account once you have several actual reads - which means the BBP is created based on the actual reads and not on the periodic consumption. Right now the originally stored periodic consumption which has been stored at device installation is not directly available within IC Webclient. You'd have to enhance your view and retrieve the information of the backend. The BOL Object IsuDevice is available and should help to fulfill the task.

Kind regards

Uwe
