disconnection in SAP

Hi Experts,

I have the requirement of issuing disconnection notice from dunning process.Now using the standard functionality of SAP Customer Service , Disconnection process can be monitored.

For this , from dunning disconnection level disconnection document will be created using SAP function module of creating disconnection document.This disconnection doc will be monitored from SAP Customer service.

My question is the application form of disconnection order in this case will not be attached to dunning activities.Then whether z activity is to be created for attaching the application form in correspondence or whether standard activity is available for this?

Hi,

You can assign the FM ISU_DUNNING_PR_CORR_CONT_0350 to the dunning activity of "Generating Disconnection notice".

This activity and FM should be assigned to a form for correspondence in the "Define Dunning activities" section.

The applicationform attached should be based on the form class "IS_U_CA_DUNNING".
