Disconnection Document

Dear Experts,

Could any body have idea , for what are the reasons in my disconnection doc, under disconnection entry under "MR" tab i am not getting any fields, to enter MR. it shows plain screen instead of fields.

i am unable to get the clue, can any one have idea on this, it would be more appreciable.

Hi,

MR tab in disconnection document could be blank due to following reasons:

- If device is not relevant for reading

- If device is removed prior to disconnection entry

- If device relevant for reading is not included in the disconnection document

Request you to check your master data with respect to time slice and analyze.

Hi Avinash,

Thanks for reply, but for me the device still activated. and i can see the reconnection entry (mr reason 18) in Mr results, but not 13.

here are the following details:

on 19.05.2010 Dic order was generated

on 19.05.2010 dic entry was done.

28.04.2011 recon oder was genrated

29.04.2011 reconnection entry was done.,

scheduled mr date is 25.05.2010 its bi monthly.

and till 25.03.2011 the invoices was generated. now the problem is 13 reason not displaying in MR results. and its not showing the fileds in MR tab in dicsc doc.

any idea? is there any prob wth dates?..but its happening only for few customers.

Hi,

Since, you have generated an invoice till 25.03.2011 - now you cannot change / add new meter reading in past. Try reversing invoice and check if it allows you to enter reconnection read.

But before generating latest invoice (25.03.2011) , on 19.05.2011 the disc entry was done, why it was not showing the Fields under MR tab?

i am trying to change the date because of that MR, filed is not displaying,

is there any possibility that i can check the disconnect entry created date and created person?

Hi,

Reason could be that you might not have maintained meter reading against disconnection entry. Hence, MR tab is now deactivated.
