Is there any Function module to change the status of the disconnection document ?

The IS-U Migration Funciton Module ISU_M_DISCON_COMPLETE can be used as a template if you wish.

You can use ISU_S_DISCDOC_CHANGE to update disconnection document. But remember status on the document is controlled by disconnection activities of the document hence, in most cases SAP will not allow direct status change.
