Please, if somebody knows what it is the purpose of creating disconections documents with disconnection reasons TECH - technical disconnection and VACA - vacancy disconnection?

Kindest regards!

Hi Adrian,

VACA - vacancy disconnection --> this should be used, if nobody uses the installation. E.G. the last customer moved out and you want to ensure that NO BODY can use energy/water/... of this flat (e.g. to prevent vagrancy in the usage of energy)

TECH - well, just disconnect the installation/device/... because the whole powerline was cut or something like that. You could probably use that, if after such a very hard brakedown you don't want customers just use energy uncontroled - you "switch" each meter to ON one after another - controlled by this disconnection/reconnection.

That's just some idea - if you need more, just as any SAP sales person
