I hope u r asking between isu and css which is customer self service..

isu it self is called as isu/ccs

may be u can know differzz between isu.ccs and isu.css

customer self service is the concept through which customer can make all updates in the utility website available on line

where as in in isu.ccs it the sipport provided from the call center agent

Hi

CCS ( Customer care service ) is more of the customer facing tool. Used as the front end by the customer facing team.. and ISU is back end where actually the whole process will take place like BP creation to billing.
