Hi Experts,

Can you please explain the difference between the provisioning and commissioning process in SAP AMI, and when do they occur?

Hi,

AMI meter provisioning is the provision of meters i.e meters are provided for deployment purpose. Commissioning process involves the actual start of the meter reading process with Smart meters. Commissioning is the last step in the deployment process.
