Determine VKONTO only with the help of SERNR

Hello to all,

I'm new in IS-U EDM. I have to specify VKONTO out of the device SERNR.

Is there a function module in order to do this or must this be done manually?

What tables are involved in order to get this information?

Are the duplicate devices. We also have virtual device information data.

Please help thanks.

Hi Christian,

Devices are not directly connected with Contract Account. They are connected with installation which is connected to a Contract Account through a Contract. But you have to be careful that you pick the active contract on that installation. You can then find the Contract account of that contract.
