Demand at business partner level

Hello,

We have a requirement where Demand is not defined at installation level but rather at business partner level.

It means that during billing process the demand should be adjusted for every installation that belongs to this business partner in real-time process.

Is there anyways to resolve this?

Hi,

I am assuming that you are woring on SAP billing system where as the legacy system store demand at BP instead of installation level.

If my assumption is correct, I wonder if you are trying to map the same process in SAP using custom table to store this or not.

solution can be like,

1. Ask business to store demand at installation which is logical and during conversion/migration assign demand from legacy BP to SAP installaion

or 2. (i wont recomend this) if business wanna stick to store demand at BP level (i am hoping in this case one BP can not have more than one installation and you have to store this data in some custom table) you can create custome variant to read it during billing
