Hi,

How to set the Deletion Flag Indicator to 'X" in tables FKKVKP-LOEVM & DIMAIOBPAR-XARCHIVE tables.

Archiving Objects : FI_FICA & VVKK_INSOB.

Hi Ram,

the flag FKKVKP-LOEVM you could set in tr. CAA2, tab general data, "Deletion flag".

F1Help to this field:

..

"The system takes this indicator into account when the archiving program is run. This program archives and deletes contract accounts marked for deletion, provided there is no dependent data."

Hi,

Can anybody help me in setting the archive flag indicator to 'X' in the DIMAIOBPAR-XARCHIVE table.

Hi,

We need to go to INSOCHANGE there we have Archive check box, if we check this then the IO is ready for archivng.
