In Move in Customization, In "Define Move-In Control Parameters at Contract Level", there is an option for checking "Do not create card for Customer MR ".

Here the card means Work order?

card is nothing but the sheet make an entry for the meter reading made by the customer

Do you mean, when ever the customer takes the meter reading, the card should be created in the system. Or, a card will be given to the customer for entering the meter reading?
