Data field to be checked in ISU_BILL

Hi SAP,

We try to make custumising for ISU_BILL and ISU_BILLZ. when we want to custumise the data field to be checked by the archiving programm we does not find any entry in this point of custuming even in th 000 client. this data is only available for the ISU_PRDOCL or ISU_PRDOCH.

is it normal ?

Hello,

Hope your question is pointing on maintaining retention period for ISU_BILL & ISU_BILLZ.

Retention period values for mentioned AO's in the table TE026A & TE026B is missing so you are getting this issue.

Manually enter the retention period value in tables TE026A & TE026B to resolve your issue. Please note that your archive program will check the values from table TE026B. From this table retention period value can be changed in SARA customizing screen.

Thanks for your response. but i think that i did not explian the problem right.

well, the system allows us to define the retention period in this transaction for IS_BILL and ISU_BILLZ. but when we want to custumise the date on which the system is based to calculate this retention period. we do not find any entry.

For ISU_PRDOCL and ISU_PRDOCH, this entry exists and allows us to choose between the following dates:

- posting date

- Creation date

- document date

is it normal that only isu_prdocl and isu_prdoch allows to define the date to be checked by the system. if it's right, on which date the system is based to check the retention period for billing document header and lines.
