custom include for egers table

Part of project we required to add a new append with an extra field to the structure of EGERS table (IS-U Device Master Data).

But there is no SAP predefine include, in EGERS table so we created a custom include and added a new field to the include.

We populated the new field by a custom program, however I noticed that when the device table/records get updated by SAP standard functions/screens then the new field gets refreshed.

There seems that we need some configuration and enhancement to make the new include and field link to the EGERS table and operational.

Question is that what configuration/ enhancement is need to make the new Append operational?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Im Sorry the is no CI_ include.

Make an one Struckture an add your fildes.
