Please let me what Billling process will be impacted if custom Bill validation (outsorting) is done.

Guide me about the same.

Regardless of whether you use standard or custom outsorting, then the billing process would be interrupted possibly. No other impacts should be felt, provided the custom rules are implemented correctly. There are no steps, other than defining a customer specific function module which aligns to the proper naming convention. See IMG node Utilities > Tools > Sys modifcations > Billing > Check list for more info.
