CURRENCY USD NOT SUPPORTED ERROR MESSAGE 3809

Hello,

Trying to use FP40-Transfer Items but getting error message 3809 currency usd not supported error message 3809.  Checked on t-code OB22 and the first local currency type is 10 and the currency field is blank.  On the second local currency type is 30 and the currency field has usd, there is nothing on the 3rd local currency fields.

Do you know how I can resolve this issue?

found SAP note 2059402 but this note has been already implemented with our support packs.  Do you know of any other way to fix this issue?
