Credit note creation in SAP ISU-FICA

What is the business case against your requirement... Can you elaborate the same with the business process in which you want to trigger the credit note/postings.

Hello Amlan,

Thanks for the input. In our case the creation credit notes was triggered from the CRM_UI, and the data was populated in a Z* table configured for the same.

However it would be great if you could please provide any link for me to study credit and debit notes in details.

You can use CRM Billing functionality for posting the credit notes in FICA
