Creating New Customer in IS-U?

Hi all,

Do you know if I need CCS to be able to create a new customer for IS-U?

Can I use SD or FI to create a new customer? If not...why?

Hi Jessica,

Do you want to create a Billable Business Partner? If so, you'll need to do this utilizing the CS functionality in IS-U.

Actually I want to create Notifications and work orders for this customer (through a call center).

At some point we'll send the costs, so I guess we need CCS?

Hmm... If you want Notifications, then you'll need Work Management and possibly PM configuration as well then, too.
