Create a new clearing reason for payment Lot

I want to create an new clearing reason for payment lot( rather than the standard reasons). Can anyone share the node with me if exist ?

Table TFK001A can be modified using SM30.

As it is a change in SAP entries, so I want to know that if there is any impact of clearing reason on other processes. Please share if you know anything. As per my knowledge, it is only for information purpose.
