Corruption of address data in PoD and Premise

Hi experts,

I created Point of Delivery and Premise in IS-U, and then i did initial load, sent to CRM.

But the address data was in japanese, and the japanese words replaced to  "#" in CRM environment.

Why is this happen?

How can i fix it?

Self solved.

go to SM59 and choose "unicode".
