I executed dunning proposal and dunning activity run and its successfully completed and its showing in dunning history and correspondence also.

in correspondence i am getting below error. when i use application form IS_U_CA_DUNNING_SF

could you please let me know where i did mistake i am unable to find out.

Hi,

I guess you are using the POR subscriber numbers for company code depending on the application indicator in the dunning notice print process.

The error FAPM 021 that you are getting is because you have not activated the 'Dunning Print with ISR' details.

You need to activate it in the following SPRO config-

Financial Accounting Global Settings (New)-->Correspondence-->Attached Payment Media-->Define Control Data for Payment Authorization/POR
