Hi,

Does any one have any idea about the concept of " cooling off process" in SAP ISU. Are there any whitepapers/documents avaliable for the same here?

Hi,

There is a concept of cooling down procedure in Utility industries. The concept is:

After move in, if the customer wants to move out or change the opted product within a specified period of time(for e.g. 15 days) then there will be no charge/penalty for that.
