Contract replication from CRM -> ISU

Hi,

Where does it actually controls when a Contract needs to be replicated from CRM to ISU.Currently the CRM contract is going through various statuses and when the contract in CRM reaches to the status ' Move_in completed ' it replicates to ISU.I would like to know how this is working and where the configurations are set that contract should only be replicated when the status is readched to Move_in completed.

Any information would be highly appreciated.

Regards,

Ravi

Hi Ravi,

Contract replication can be controlled by Status management.

When you create a contract in CRM, it creates move in CRM but there is no concept of move in in CRM system, so the contract should be replication in ISU where actual Installation gets created on premises and contract gets created.

Hi Nagaraj,

Thanks for your reply.I understand there is no Move in in CRM system that is why we are creating Contract in CRM  and it creates a Move_in in ISU along with the technical masterdata(Installation and premise) after it is replicated to ISU.

Also I understand that Contract replication is controlled thorugh status management and that is why when status is set to 'Move in completed'  contract is replicating to ISU. I would like to understand what is the exact configuration needs to be done in status managed inorder to replicate contract to ISU when status is changed.

Ravi

Hi Ravi,

the configuration reading contract replication works differently. There is no status that triggers the replication. Instead there are some system statuses that stop the replication from happening.

The list of system statuses can be viewed via transaction BS23. The most interesting statuses for your problem are I2400 until I2416. If you, for example, double click status I2402 you'll see that process TOR3 is not allowed in this status. Therefore the replication is not happening.

Best,

Christian
