Hi,

Some bdocs are failed due to the reason :  Contract account &1 already blocked by user &2, Message class : >3 and message no : 031.

Any idea about this issue ?

Vimal:

Firstly - what bdoc types and from what process? Secondly, this happens sometimes and auto restart should be be activated to address the problem.

Hi Bill,

BDoc type is : BUAG_MAIN.

Process : I have analyzed the issue the BDocs' are failing when the Agent/ User change the payment method in Web IC.

I tried to repocess the error bdoc but again fails for the same issue.
