1. Service Notification

2. Service Order

Hi Prince,

Basic configuration is in place like Company code, Plant, Storage location etc.

I want configruation specific to service notification and service order.

Hi,

To say in general there is a lot of configuration around service order notification, which includes, company code, plant, work center etc etc. Unfortunately i dont have document on that but I am sure any experianced funtional person should be able to do it.

However if you have any specific requirement let us know and we shall try and help you.

Hi,

After having the basic config like company, plant etc...

U need to create notification type and order type.

In SPROPM & CSMaintenance and service processing--- Maintenance and service Notifications and orders where u can configure as per u r requirement.
