Complaint of electricity meter

Hi Experts,

I am facing a problem to create complaint in ISU .I am unable to find to create complaint against the electricity meter problem .

Please any body give me solution for this .

Hello,

You can maintain the complaints about meter

through Notifications and Orders in Plant maintenance.

Hello Siddique

In IS-U compalints are maintained in Customer Contacts. In this you have to maintain Contact Classes and Contact Activities. In Contact Class maintain 'Meter' and in Contact Activity maintain the different compalints regarding billing like 'Meter Burnt' etc.

If CRM Winclient being used as a front end..can we do the same using Business activity management in CRM .
