Hi,

Please guide how can we change the status of a device with system status as ECUS INST to INST.

Hi,

Please share EL31 status of device/installation and device history from IQ03 also. I think manual transactions/changes are required through iq02.

Hi,

The device is installed at the utility installation. Please let me know what else information should i provide.

Does this status ECUS INST create any problem in Inventory Management?

Hi,

Dual status will create problem during meter reconciliation. Now the solution for above issue could be:

1) open tcode iq02, go to edit- special serial no. function- manual transaction- from stock. The status will become AVLB INST.

2)Perform full removal eg32, the status would become AVLB and then again perform full installation EG31.
