Changing AMS (Advanced metering system) of a list of device

Hi I need a trasaction for changing the AMS (Advanced metering system) of a list of device.

tried using EAMISYNC but it seems, this is wrong

Hi San Kum,

Please check report 'REAMI_FILL_AMS_AMCG_IN_DEVICE'.

Do make sure that the Advanced Metering System Determination Group of both the AMS remains the same,otherwise this report won't work.

EAMISYNC is used to synchronize data between MDUS and SAP.

Hi San Kun,

For Changing the AMS (Advanced metering system) of a list of device.

1.You have to first change the respective Device Category with the required AMI data.

2.Them menation the same data and run the report REAMI_FILL_AMS_AMCG_IN_DEVICE.

3.Then Run EAMISYNC to synchronise the same data with the respective MDUS.

Basic Use Of Report REAMI_FILL_AMS_AMCG_IN_DEVICE

This Report is generally used  Redefine Devices as Advanced Meters i.e to change a basic meter to AMI meter.

1.You have to first change the device category and then define the AMI DATA in AMI TAB.

2. Then run the report REAMI_FILL_AMS_AMCG_IN_DEVICE with the similar AMI data mentioned which changing the device Category.

3.Then Run the EAMISYNC to synchronise the same data with the respective MDUS.
