Changing address for invoice delivery in Utilities

Hi all,

is there a way to automatically change invoice delivery addresses for almost 100 connection objects? Or it needs to be done manually one by one? Business partner wants to receive all invoices on the same address - now it's receiving invoices on the address of connection objects.

Hi Bernarda,

There are two addresses (mainly) in SAP IS-U:

  1. Correspondence Address - at BP level - Invoice printing will use this by default to send the invoices
  2. Connection Object Address - at Connection Object level - fuel specific - we also call them as supply address -linked to Premise then Installation (and PoD)

Now, which address you want to change, 1 or 1? depending on that there are standard BAPI's to change the address field values using which you can call them from you (new) custom program.
