Change screen layout for FP06

Hi Team,

I want to change the scree layout of FP06, when we open the FP06 the text Colum has to be displayed in that screen like:

Select	Status	Text	Reference	BP	CA	Doc.No	Due	Gross Amt	Gross Cle..
		Annual Re-Assessment of SD		5100138	51000460	800002048	16.10.2013 100.00
		Arrear Charge  - APR-11 to FEB-13 ; 01 / 46	706000015729	5100138	51000460	161000018097	16.10.2013 99.00

In FP06 screen there is a option like Vew- if you select change then u can see the text colum in change mode the same text I want fix

in Clearing screen

Please let me know whether it is possible or not. please find the attached screen short.

Hi sri,

                  You can create a new variant for processing open items which can contain any field from structure FKKCLIT including text .

Look in the customizing path

CA A/r A/p ---Basic function ----open item management ---define line layout variants for open item processing .

The new variant can be accessed in FP06 by pressing the change display icon .

The customizing path that you have suggested only defines the layout of the columns that you see in FP06 screen.

I don't think you will get that same variant by pressing the change display icon.

Apart from the config that santrupta has suggested, you have to additionally define a layout in the following config taking a note of the column numbers-

SPRO-->Financial Accounting-->Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable-->Basic Functions-->Postings and Documents-->Document->Screen Preparations-->Define Line Layout for Mass Change in Account Maintenance

This is because, when you are swtiching from clear to change mode, the postion of the columns will get changed.

Many thanks for your reply...

i have gone through above mentioned SPRO settings. but  the requirement is, when we open FP06 text column has to be display against the particular open item. no need to change any field in change mode. while clearing the documents the text has to be appear.

Hi sri ,

                The path that i mentioned above is not for change mode , by that path you can copy the standard variant and make your own variant and add the text (op text feild to that variant )

The when you go to FP06  select the change display icon

where you will be able to see various variants including the one you currently made , select your variant and press hold .the next time when you use FP06 by default your variant will be called , which will show the field you want for clearing documents .
