Change of location of device location changing valid from (DATAB) date of device

Need your quick help.

While changing location of device location through ES66 device valid from date (DATAB) is getting changed to current date, Can someone please suggest me how to resolve it?

Just resolved the issue, it was happening bause we were changing the dev location after device is installed, now we are chaning it during device installed by creating dev loc before.
