Hi Experts,
We are trying to change the MI date for a Contract but are having issues.
As long as there is no Move out against the contract (ie MO date of 12/31/9999), the system allows the MI date to be changed. However, if a MO for a particular contract has taken place, the system errors out the process.
Further, within the same installation the MI date change of the previous Move In document is not possible whereas the latest MI date can be changed.
Can we change the MI date for such contracts?

Hi,
the only way would be to reverse the move out, change the move in date and perform the move out once more. All other options might lead to inconsistancies e.g. within meter reading results. Or even worse - within the contract itself.

But we have to change MI date, and MO date is already 31.12.9999 so what is the benifit to reverse MO.
