Hi Maria,
Though you have maintained the internal number ranges in CRM and ERP, you need to keep the current number assignment in sync within the two systems.
I hope you have already maintained the internal number range in the below configuation settings in ECC and CRM. as well as the number ranges for objects FKK_KONTO and BUAG in ECC and CRM respectively.
In ECC-
Financial Accounting -> Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable -> Basic Functions -> Contract accounts -> Number ranges and contract account categories -> Configure contract account categories and assign number ranges
In CRM-
IMG->Customer Relationship Management->Master Data->Business Partner->Business Agreement->Define Business Agreement Class
What I think is happening in your scenario is, the contract account number that you have created in ERP has already been exhausted in CRM.
To check this, take the contract account number that you have created in ECC with the current assignment number of the internal number range in CRM.
If the contract account number is less than the current assignment number, then its already exhasuted in CRM and you need to make changes in the ECC side to make it sync with CRM.
Hope it helps
Thanks,
Amlan

Hi Amlan
Thank you very much for responding.The number range issue is resolved,the problem was that number range intervals were not in sync.
Regards
Maria
