Budget billing plan cannot be changed via ISU Transaction launcher in CRM Web UI

Hi All,

I have couple of cases in which I am unable to change the Budget biling plan using  ISU transaction launcher.

When I  try to change BBP I recieve the below error

Error Message:- The called object is (currently) not changeable in IS-U.

Message Class - 50

Message Number - 126

Has anyone come across this type of error ? What can be the cause and solution for this ?

Hi,

Have you configured Web IC Change Reasons for Budget Billing Plans?

SAP Utilities->Invoicing->Budget Billing Plan->Define Change Reasons for IC WebClient

Give that a try.

What settings needs to be maintained there ?

I have checked the quality system in which even though setting are not maintained the Budget billing Plan can be changed.

Hi,

You can maintain any Reason code and associated text.

You then have the option of evaluating these Reasons in the FICA Event R942.

The documentation for Event R942 is in German, but you can to translate using Google translate or equivalent.
