Hello Colleagues,
We are implementing BRF+ IS-U Collection Strategy Dunning.
Once we turn on the Business Function for Flexible Dunning and assign the Master Data Grouping level (e.g. at Contract Account level), can we revert back to the traditional Dunning Procedure-based Dunning?
If so, would it be a Basis task to turn off Flexible Dunning (in addition to blanking out the Master Data Grouping level at Company Code level)?
Your feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks and regards,
Ivor Martin

Ivor:
You would be able to switch back however you would encounter challenges as far as determining last action. Dunning procedure only looks at dunning levels achieved, in the same way that collection strategy only looks at collection steps executed. I dont think that the grouping or the strategy values need to be changed, since the dunning procedure would not care about them. Technically it is not difficult to revert - it would be a bigger issue from a business and process point of view.

bill.

Thanks Bill.
So, reverting would entail deactivating the related Business Functions?
Please confirm.
