BPEM error message not reflecting in EMMA

I have made configuration for triggering BPEM when No installation has been allocated to contract(EL-006) under Clarif. Case Category as B001.

Business Process      EBI00001

Business Proc. Area   EBI

Case Type             EBIL

Now, I am trying to check through EASABI transaction, scheduling a MR order. Getting error(Msg Class: EL ; no. 006) like how I gave in configuration.

The problem is that, I am able get error but this is not getting reflected in EMMA transaction. I am not able to create the jobs(EMMA tcode) nor Clarification Case list in EMMACL transaction.

Please guide me, where have I done the mistake....??

Hi Hari,

To start with,Check the case creation type of the clarification case category, whether its set to automatic or not.

Hi Hari,

Re-check the source code from where you are triggering this BPEM to ensure you have filled in the messages table correctly with above mentioned number (EL - 006). This is important to identify the corresponding case category with the defined message number.
